- 1+ years of experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
- Relevant certifications, such as HVAC or EPA 608, and proficiency in basic building systems.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, staff, and vendors.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Basic knowledge of property management software and systems, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- A competitive hourly rate of $22.00.
