Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily financial transactions, including the collection and deposit of rents and fees.
  • Recruit, train, and lead onsite personnel to foster a motivated team.
  • Conduct daily inspections of community grounds and properties to uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
  • Delegate tasks to maintenance staff through a structured work order system.
  • Enhance community occupancy by attracting new residents and retaining existing ones.
  • Oversee all leasing activities and processes.
  • Ensure timely processing and approval of invoices while maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Manage employee documentation, including timesheets and compensation records.
  • Organize and streamline paperwork to improve operational efficiency.
  • Adhere to budgetary guidelines while managing financial operations.
  • Implement safety measures to create a secure living and working environment.
  • Accurately input data into management software in a timely manner.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, addressing their needs and concerns.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in property management is required.
  • A high school diploma or GED is mandatory.
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills are essential.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to multitask and solve problems effectively.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities and teamwork in a dynamic environment.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Willingness to travel extensively.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook; experience with MRI software is a plus.
