Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business development and referral growth within the designated territory, engaging with healthcare providers, facilities, and community organizations.
- Formulate, execute, and assess quarterly and annual plans to meet growth objectives and implement strategic initiatives.
- Establish and nurture professional relationships with referral sources through effective sales presentations and outreach.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of services offered and act as a liaison between referral partners and the agency.
- Engage with patients and families to discuss home care services, addressing individual needs and expectations.
- Collaborate with the Intake department and patient care resources to ensure effective communication with referral sources.
- Document daily activities, maintain customer profiles, and outline follow-up plans with referral sources.
- Act as the agency's representative with healthcare professionals, facilitating the delivery of appropriate services for potential patients.
- Participate in marketing initiatives to educate the healthcare community about home health services.
- Prepare monthly reports on referral sources and keep the agency informed of significant market changes.
- Embrace teamwork and foster a collaborative environment, providing and accepting constructive feedback.
- Utilize agency-specific software to complete necessary tasks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- A minimum of two years in home care sales or a related field, demonstrating a successful track record of sales growth.
Additional Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for communication, presentations, and data management.
- Experience with CRM software is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
