  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all manufacturing operations comply with relevant ISO, environmental, and safety regulations.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret process data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and support decision-making.
  • Team Leadership: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including production, maintenance, and quality assurance, to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Proven experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
