Manufacturing Project Engineer

CodeForce is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Project Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for developing, analyzing, and managing manufacturing and assembly projects. Your expertise in creative problem-solving, process improvement, and project management will be essential in driving our company's growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop project proposals by creating cost estimates, technical specifications, and identifying qualified suppliers.
Design and develop process documentation and Standard of Work in accordance with build process.
Train new Processors and develop training programs for Processors and Assemblers.
Participate in 6 Sigma initiatives, strategy development, and support cost reduction goals.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering field (Manufacturing, Mechanical, etc), or related field.
1-2 years of experience in the field.
Thorough knowledge of manufacturing concepts, lean manufacturing, and process documentation.
Experience of using AUTOCAD and/or 3D solid modeling (CREO etc).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
Working Environment:
50% of time in office, 50% of time on shop floor.
