Manufacturing Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring manufacturing plans and processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement manufacturing plans and processes to meet production requirements.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and computer-generated reports to implement in manufacturing processes.
- Oversee Capital Projects, including planning, execution, and completion, ensuring timely and budget-friendly completion.
- Collaborate with design engineering and other cross-functional teams to troubleshoot production issues, improve product quality, and implement new products.
- Provide manufacturing decision-making information by calculating production, labor, and material costs, reviewing production schedules, and estimating future requirements.
- Evaluate and suggest recommendations on manufacturing quality control processes, types of manufacturing methods to be adopted, list of processes to be followed, tooling, and design equipment.
- Ensure all manufacturing safety regulatory policies and procedures are implemented and maintained at all times.
- Stay informed on the latest manufacturing technologies and systems and implement them as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- A minimum of 5+ years' experience in manufacturing engineering or a similar role.
- Proven experience in reading and interpreting technical drawings and managing Capital Projects.
- Extensive knowledge of manufacturing processes, procedures, and machinery.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead a project from conception to completion.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in CAD/CAM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
- Competitive salary range: $65,000 - $90,000 per year.
