Manufacturing Project Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Project Engineer to join our team at CodeForce. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for developing, analyzing, and managing manufacturing and assembly projects from concept to implementation.
Key Responsibilities- Develop project proposals, including cost estimates, technical specifications, and supplier qualification
- Design and develop process documentation and Standard of Work in accordance with build process
- Train new Processors and develop training programs for Processors and Assemblers
- Participate in 6 Sigma initiatives, strategy development, and support cost reduction goals
- Provide capital forecasting correlation and reporting
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering field (Manufacturing, Mechanical, etc), or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in the field
- Thorough knowledge of manufacturing concepts, lean manufacturing, and process documentation
- Experience with AUTOCAD and/or 3D solid modeling (CREO etc)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Experience with FMEA's, SPC, Project Management, Lean Manufacturing, Error Proofing, and Root Cause Analysis
- eSAP software experience
- Dozuki software experience
50% of time in office, 50% of time on shop floor
