We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing manufacturing plans and processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement manufacturing plans and processes to meet production requirements.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and computer-generated reports to inform manufacturing processes.
  • Oversee Capital Projects, including planning, execution, and completion, to ensure timely and budget-friendly delivery.
  • Collaborate with design engineering and cross-functional teams to troubleshoot production issues, improve product quality, and implement new products.
  • Provide manufacturing decision-making information by calculating production, labor, and material costs, reviewing production schedules, and estimating future requirements.
  • Evaluate and suggest recommendations on manufacturing quality control processes, types of manufacturing methods to be adopted, and tooling and design equipment.
  • Ensure all manufacturing safety regulatory policies and procedures are implemented and maintained at all times.
  • Stay informed on the latest manufacturing technologies and systems and implement them as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5+ years' experience in manufacturing engineering or a similar role.
  • Proven experience in reading and interpreting technical drawings and managing Capital Projects.
  • Extensive knowledge of manufacturing processes, procedures, and machinery.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead a project from conception to completion.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in CAD/CAM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
