The Sales Specialist is a key member of our retail team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our stores.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personalized service to customers, ensuring a seamless and engaging shopping experience.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, while maintaining a deep understanding of our products and services.
- Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team to create visually appealing store displays and window presentations.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and processing shipments, and maintaining accurate stock levels.
- Process Point of Sale transactions accurately and efficiently, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive store environment, upholding the core values of rag & bone.
- Previous experience in a client-centric sales environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
