About the Role

The Sales Specialist is a key member of our retail team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized service to customers, ensuring a seamless and engaging shopping experience.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, while maintaining a deep understanding of our products and services.
  • Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team to create visually appealing store displays and window presentations.
  • Assist with inventory management, including receiving and processing shipments, and maintaining accurate stock levels.
  • Process Point of Sale transactions accurately and efficiently, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive store environment, upholding the core values of rag & bone.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a client-centric sales environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
