We're looking for a Strategic Account Growth Manager to join our team at The Adecco Group. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strategic partnerships with our clients. About the Role

This challenging yet rewarding role involves selling solutions and services to our existing client base, while also establishing new sales opportunities within assigned portfolios. You'll work closely with key client contacts to develop effective relationships and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs. Your exceptional communication skills and ability to adapt quickly will be essential in this fast-paced environment.

  • Sell solutions and/or services utilizing existing strategies
  • Establish new sales opportunities within assigned portfolios
  • Develop effective relationships with key client contacts
  • Assist with negotiating new client contracts, renewals, extensions, and amendments
  • Assist with negotiating and securing profitable pricing and pay models
  • Built an understanding of service offerings, industry trends, market activities, and competitor strategies
  • Assist with implementing service improvements
  • Produce sales forecasts and other related reports
About You

To succeed in this role, you'll need a Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, along with a minimum of one year of sales experience. Previous experience in the staffing and human resources solutions industries is highly desirable. A strong understanding of customer relationship management systems and Microsoft Office products is also essential.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is between $80,000 and $100,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, you'll enjoy a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
