In this role, you will have the chance to make a meaningful impact on our organization, working closely with management to identify and address critical business needs. You will provide core HR services, manage projects, and promote a continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and address critical business needs and achieve long-range business goals.
  • Provide core HR services, including payroll, benefits, compliance, recruiting, onboarding, offboarding, and employee relations matters.
  • Manage projects and programs, including implementation of new policies, procedures, and tools.
  • Work collaboratively with the enterprise HR Team to champion HR strategies and priorities.
  • Promote a continuous improvement mindset to implement new ideas and leverage data to drive decisions.
  • Facilitate effective talent management practices, including performance management, talent reviews, L&D, and succession planning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, HR Certification, Business, and/or related field or a combination of relevant experience, education, and training.
  • 10+ years of demonstrated HR experience, with expertise in cross-functional HR practices, labor laws, and HRIS tools.
  • Experience leveraging data to identify insights that drive action and prior experience working in a manufacturing plant is a plus.

Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.

Location: Salem, NH, USA, or remote work options available.
