About the Job:
We are seeking a Global Account Growth Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expansion within a portfolio of existing accounts. You will leverage existing strategies to increase sales, foster strong relationships with clients, and meet profitability and client satisfaction expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sell solutions and/or services utilizing existing strategies
  • Establish new sales opportunities within an assigned portfolio of accounts
  • Develop effective relationships with key client contacts
  • Negotiate new client contracts, renewals, extensions, and amendments
  • Negotiate and secure profitable pricing and pay models
  • Built an understanding of service offerings, industry trends, market activities, and competitor strategies
  • Implement service improvements
  • Produce sales forecasts and other related reports

About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, along with a minimum of one year of sales experience. Previous experience in staffing and/or human resources solutions industries is highly desirable.

  • Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management Systems and/or related tools
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Estimated Salary Range:$70,000 - $90,000 per year
