Position Summary:

In this position, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer support, managing transactions, and assisting various internal departments to ensure seamless operations and adherence to program standards. Your efforts will significantly contribute to our mission of advancing energy efficiency and sustainability, particularly within BIPOC, low-income, and Veterans communities.

Key Duties:

  • Efficiently manage customer inquiries through telephone, internet, and written correspondence, ensuring precision and prompt processing.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of incentive programs, effectively responding to questions and resolving concerns.
  • Skillfully handle disputed incentive claim data, providing customers with guidance on policy interpretation and compliance standards.
  • Support trade ally contractors and community organizations with their incentive-related inquiries and requests.
  • Engage in team-oriented process enhancement initiatives, recognizing the broader impact of each improvement.
  • Guide and train junior staff to maintain high service delivery standards.
  • Keep detailed records of data entry procedures to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Perform additional administrative tasks as needed to assist departmental goals.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of three years of experience in a contact center environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and succinctly.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a dedication to providing exceptional service.
  • Familiarity with database management and a basic understanding of software testing principles.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Detail-oriented with robust organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM software is advantageous.
  • A High School Diploma is required, while a College Degree is preferred.
