About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Bilingual Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Sherwin-Williams. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with wholesale and retail customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalized solutions.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Meet and exceed sales goals, working closely with the sales team to achieve targets.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, including paint and coatings, to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Assist with inventory management, including stocking shelves and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and attractive shopping experience.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • At least one year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail or sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and sales growth.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish required; additional languages a plus.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods, with regular bending and reaching.
