Job Title: Guest Services Agent

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Guest Services Agent to join our team at Stonebridge Companies. As a Guest Services Agent, you will be the primary point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate the front desk with accuracy and efficiency, handling guest check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments.
  • Manage guest registration, including processing payments and handling any issues that may arise.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring a welcoming environment for our guests.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences, including housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
  • Stay up-to-date on hotel promotions, room rates, and amenities to effectively communicate with guests.
  • Perform daily reports, audits, and correspondence as required.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; one year of experience in a customer-facing role preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of hotel software systems.
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds and stand for long periods.
