Bell Attendant

We are seeking a friendly and outgoing Bell/Valet to provide exceptional service to our guests at St Julien Hotel & Spa. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming experience for our guests, from the moment they arrive to the moment they depart.

• Welcome and greet guests upon arrival, providing clear and concise information about parking and hotel services.
• Assist guests with luggage and transportation, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles in a safe and timely manner, maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
• Provide knowledgeable assistance to guests, answering questions and offering recommendations on hotel services and local attractions.
• Deliver messages, packages, and other items to guest rooms as requested, ensuring prompt and efficient service.
• Report all cash tips in compliance with company policy and IRS regulations.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front drive, valet desk, and surrounding lobby area.

• Must be at least 21 years old, have a valid driver's license, and a clean driving record.
• Must be able to stand for several hours at a time and lift up to 50 lbs. on a frequent basis.
• Ideal candidates should be friendly, outgoing, and possess excellent people skills, with previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a related field a plus.
• Must have flexible availability and be able to work weekends and holidays.
