As a vital member of the Machine Learning Acceleration team, your role will encompass the enhancement and enablement of our system-level manufacturing environment.

You will engage in the development of tests that verify the functionality and performance of our bespoke hardware utilized in the AWS server fleet.

Your expertise will span the comprehensive functionality of the entire system, alongside the intended customer applications, while evaluating the system from a user perspective.

Collaboration with other engineering teams will be essential as you work to create, sustain, and enhance manufacturing test code for both new and existing products.

Moreover, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the deployment and distribution systems, ensuring our manufacturing partners have timely access to the latest software versions.

Documentation, testing, and debugging procedures will also be part of your responsibilities, guiding our manufacturing partners effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate and uphold mass volume production testing, collaborating with ODMs and JDMs to confirm stable, high-quality execution.
  • Oversee ODM and JDM deliveries to guarantee production manufacturing quality.
  • Troubleshoot test hardware and software utilized for system-level and server-level mass production.
  • Design manufacturing tests to evaluate hardware components and gather data for extensive analysis.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering.
  • Proficiency in Python, BASH, or other scripting languages.
  • Strong foundation in UNIX environments.
  • Experience with C/C++.
  • Familiarity with fully integrated software/hardware systems.
  • Knowledge of embedded Linux device drivers and operating systems.
  • Experience interfacing with JDM or ODM operations.
  • Willingness to travel internationally up to 10% of the time.
