iKrusher is seeking a highly skilled Office Sales Support Assistant to join our team in Baldwin Park, CA. As a key member of our sales support team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Assist the sales team in handling client complaints, collecting and analyzing data, and working with other departments to drive sales growth.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including filling out CS/finance forms and performing other office duties as needed.
  • Focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving customer retention and growth.
  • Manage an existing book of business with existing key account customers, with a focus on growing existing accounts' business.
  • Stay up-to-date with new products and feature launches to provide expert knowledge to customers.
Requirements
  • Proven work experience as a sales support specialist or sales support associate.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems and proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel.
  • 2-4 years of key account management experience and excellent communication skills.
  • Analytical and exceptional multitasking skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Teamwork and motivational skills, with a passion for closing deals and a no-excuse attitude.
  • Ability to travel to visit clients across the US and attend trade shows as needed.
What We Offer
  • Competitive base salary range: $60,000 - $65,000.
  • Eligibility for medical, dental, and vision benefits after 60 days of employment.
  • 7 paid holidays per year and sick leave earned from the date of hire.
  • Eligibility to begin earning vacation time after 3 months of employment.
  • Eligibility for the company's 401k plan after 90 days of employment.
