About the Job

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Financial Benefits to lead the administration of our employee benefits programs. This role will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing benefit policies, systems, programs, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develops and implements benefit policies, systems, programs, and procedures.
  • Manages the day-to-day administration of assigned benefit programs, including vendor relationships and communications.
  • Administers day-to-day operations of assigned programs for Union and Corporate workforce.
  • Evaluates and recommends the optimization of benefit programs.
  • Collaborates with vendors and consultants to analyze data and provide program experience tracking.
  • Reviews, reconciles, and approves benefit invoices for assigned programs.
  • Audits payroll and third-party administration reporting for accuracy.
  • Develops, designs, distributes, and presents benefits information for new hire orientations, open enrollment, and other informational sessions.
  • Coordinates and vendor manages administrative processing, work methods, resource optimization, budget control, training, and development plans.
  • Responds to benefits inquiries, monitors eligibility status, and assists participants with submitting and monitoring issues.
  • Collaborates with internal and external partners on the implementation, processing, policy, budgeting, forecasting, communication, and compliance of assigned benefits programs.

About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a Bachelor's degree and 10 years of experience collaborating with employee benefit programs. You should have a working knowledge of Microsoft products, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, as well as knowledge of employee benefits regulations, language, principles, and practices.
