Compliance Transformation Officer

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver project goals and objectives within established timeframes and budgets
  • Ensure key project documentation meets minimum required standards
  • Contribute to strategic planning and day-to-day operational execution of transformation initiatives
  • Support business plan development, policy, and procedure implementation
  • Manage compliance-driven initiatives and processes
  • Evaluate workstream progress and identify trends to anticipate issues
  • Apply risk-focused planning for team initiatives and investigations
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree highly preferred
  • 2-4 years of progressive experience in project/program management
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively across functional areas
  • Strong knowledge of business process management or financial services industry experience
