Administrative Coordinator

Chipton-Ross is seeking an Administrative Coordinator for a contract opportunity.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Uphold a professional demeanor and demonstrate integrity across all organizational levels.
2. Provide essential support to the Program Manager and leadership team.
3. Organize and facilitate logistical arrangements for meetings, including both internal and external engagements.
4. Utilize Microsoft Office Suite for effective communication, reporting, and presentations, including calendar management and documentation.
5. Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
6. Administer data management principles for documentation within various platforms to maintain data integrity.
7. Exhibit strong communication skills to liaise with customers and suppliers effectively.
8. Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of industry practices and apply them independently to complex tasks.
9. Develop solutions for intricate problems, referring to established policies as necessary.
10. Plan and manage schedules, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
11. Influence the organization's long-term goals through effective decision-making.
12. Possess advanced skills in technical writing and editing, with a focus on grammar and usage.
13. Manage file configuration processes efficiently.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Associate degree with a minimum of 4 years of administrative support experience.
2. Experience in collaborating with government clients.
3. Familiarity with government operations and access protocols.
4. Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
5. Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
7. Advanced knowledge of business and travel expense systems.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Bachelor’s degree with 7 years of administrative support experience.
2. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines effectively.
3. Exceptional verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
4. Advanced proficiency in travel expense systems with complex itineraries.
5. Experience in facilitating both in-person and remote meetings.
EDUCATION:
Associate's Degree is required from an accredited institution.
WORK SCHEDULE:
9/80 workweek.
