Chipton-Ross is seeking an Administrative Coordinator for a contract opportunity.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Uphold a professional demeanor and maintain integrity across all organizational levels.
2. Provide essential support to the Program Manager and leadership team.
3. Organize and facilitate logistical arrangements for meetings, including both internal and external engagements.
4. Utilize Microsoft Office Suite for effective communication, reporting, and presentations, including managing calendars and assembling documentation.
5. Ensure confidentiality and protect sensitive information.
6. Administer data management principles within relevant tools to maintain data integrity.
7. Exhibit strong communication skills to interact with customers and suppliers, aiding in submission and delivery processes.
8. Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of industry practices and apply relevant principles and standards.
9. Develop solutions for complex challenges, referencing established policies as needed.
10. Manage tasks independently while planning schedules and activities to meet objectives.
11. Influence organizational goals and objectives, understanding the impact of decisions on administration.
12. Possess strong technical writing and editing skills, with the ability to manipulate grammar and usage effectively.
13. Experience in managing file configurations.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Associate degree with a minimum of 4 years in administrative support.
2. Experience working with government clients.
3. Familiarity with government operations and access processes.
4. Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
5. Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
7. Advanced skills in business and travel expense systems.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Bachelor’s degree with 7 years of administrative support experience.
2. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage schedule conflicts effectively.
3. Exceptional verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
4. Advanced proficiency in business and travel expense systems with dynamic travel needs.
5. Experience in facilitating in-person and remote meetings.
EDUCATION:
Associate's Degree is mandatory from an accredited institution.
WORK SCHEDULE:
9/80 workweek.
