Chipton-Ross is seeking an Administrative Coordinator for a contract opportunity.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Uphold a professional demeanor and demonstrate integrity across all organizational levels.
2. Provide essential support to the Program Manager and leadership team.
3. Organize and facilitate logistical arrangements for meetings, including both internal and external engagements.
4. Utilize Microsoft Office Suite for various tasks, including communication, reporting, and presentation preparation.
5. Ensure confidentiality and protection of sensitive information.
6. Implement Data Management principles for information integrity within various tools.
7. Exhibit strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and suppliers.
8. Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of administrative principles and industry practices.
9. Develop solutions for complex challenges while adhering to established guidelines.
10. Manage complex tasks and determine objectives independently, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
11. Influence long-term objectives and strategies of the organization.
12. Possess experience in technical writing and editing, with strong command of grammar and usage.
13. Have expertise in file configuration management.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Associate degree with a minimum of 4 years in administrative support.
2. Experience working with government clients.
3. Familiarity with government operations and access protocols.
4. Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
5. Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
7. Advanced skills in business and travel expense systems.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Bachelor’s degree with 7 years of administrative support experience.
2. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage schedule conflicts effectively.
3. Exceptional verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
4. Advanced proficiency in business and travel expense systems with dynamic travel requirements.
5. Experience in facilitating both in-person and remote meetings.
EDUCATION:
Associate's Degree is required from an accredited institution.
WORK SCHEDULE:
9/80 workweek.
