- Collaboration: Work closely with the branch team to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Performance Management: Recommend transfers, promotions, increases, and terminations based on employee performance and company needs.
- Communication Skills: Possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers and team members.
- Customer Service Passion: Demonstrate a genuine passion for customer service and a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences.
- Leadership Skills: Exhibit supervisory and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members to achieve their best.
- Customer Situation Handling: Show the ability to handle a variety of customer situations with enthusiasm, tact, and professionalism.
- Experience: Preferably 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong background in customer service and team leadership.
- Education: A 2-year or 4-year degree is preferred, but not required.
The expected salary for this position is $80,000 - $95,000 annually, depending on experience. This role is also bonus eligible based on specific business metrics.
