We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Veterinary Client Service Coordinator to join our team at Ethos Veterinary Health. As a key member of our client service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and their pets.
Key Responsibilities- Client Communication: Remain calm and composed in stressful situations, effectively interacting with clients in person and over the phone.
- Administrative Tasks: Balance multiple tasks, including data entry, requesting and sending medical records, managing a multi-line phone system, processing payments, and scheduling appointments.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with medical staff and clients, ensuring seamless communication and care for our patients.
- Patient Care: Show empathy and compassion to worried pet owners, providing reassurance and support during challenging times.
- Education: High school diploma and a minimum of one year of customer service-related work experience.
- Experience: One year of veterinary reception experience is preferred, but not required.
- Skills: Competent computer skills, including data entry and MS-Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Type 45+ wpm and use a 10-key calculator.
