Family-owned and operated custom construction company on Cape Cod for over 35 years is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to provide administrative and project support.
Job Summary
This is a full-time on-site role as an Office Manager at Halliday Builders, Inc. located in Pocasset, MA. As an Office Coordinator, you will oversee administrative tasks, manage office supplies, coordinate meetings, handle communication, and ensure the office operates efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping
- Manage office supplies, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and ensure a smooth day-to-day operation
- Coordinate meetings, schedule appointments, and handle communication with clients and vendors
- Assist with project coordination, including tracking progress, managing timelines, and ensuring deadlines are met
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to ensure excellent customer service
Requirements
