Customer Service Representative Supply Chain Professional

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our Supply Chain team at On-Board Companies. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a single point of contact for customers, adopting a customer-centric mindset in all interactions.
- Run OTC and Customer Service Management, focusing on customer interaction-related activities.
- Contribute to the understanding of customer segments, trends, needs, and expectations by reporting and providing feedback on client interactions.
- Enter relevant information into the customer relationship management system after each contact with a customer.
- Provide a quality service to customers while identifying opportunities to secure new business or support retention via customer interaction.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in Customer Service, Supply Chain, or Sales.
- Customer-facing operations experience, including Order to Cash process knowledge.
- Cloud-based solutions and ERP systems experience, including Service Cloud and SAP.
- Supply Chain understanding and ability to collaborate with internal partners.
