About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers through proactive outreach and follow-up
  • Assess and address customer banking needs, providing tailored solutions and recommendations
  • Stay up-to-date on consumer and business banking products and services, including digital offerings
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a consistent and optimal experience
  • Collaborate with branch team members and partners to deliver seamless service
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 4-5 years of retail banking experience or equivalent combination of experience and training
  • Proven ability to build and foster relationships with clients
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with digital products and self-service technologies
