About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Relationship Specialist to join our team at Capital Group. As a key member of our Private Wealth team, you will play a critical role in supporting our financial advisors and high-net-worth clients nationwide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to our financial advisors, including managing client relationships, expanding existing relationships, and building new ones.
  • Work closely with our Private Wealth Advisors to support their business plans, prioritize tasks, and provide personalized service to clients.
  • Manage all aspects of the client relationship, including initiating new accounts and maintenance requests.
  • Develop a deep understanding of investment concepts and provide expert advice to clients.
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless execution of client requests and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience working in the financial services industry, with a focus on high-net-worth individuals.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and provide personalized service to clients.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to develop a deep understanding of investment concepts and provide expert advice to clients.
What We Offer

As a Client Relationship Specialist at Capital Group, you will be eligible for a highly competitive base salary, individual annual performance bonus, and Capital's annual profitability bonus. You will also be eligible for a retirement plan, where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
