About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Client Relationship Consultant to join our team at U.S. Bank. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, providing them with exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow-up
  • Assess and attend to customers' banking needs, obtaining and processing customer and account information
  • Demonstrate and educate clients on available deposit and loan products and services
  • Recommend solutions based on each customer's unique goals and needs
  • Maintain a working knowledge of consumer and business banking products and services, including digital products and services
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Typically has a minimum four to five years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training
  • Proven ability to build and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow-up
  • Ability to effectively engage and communicate with clients
  • Thorough knowledge of applicable bank and branch policies, procedures, and support systems
