Client Relationship Consultant

As a Client Relationship Consultant, you'll play a key role in building strong relationships with our clients, providing them with expert guidance and support to help them make informed financial decisions.
Key Responsibilities:- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow-up
- Assess and attend to clients' banking needs, providing personalized solutions and recommendations
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of consumer and business banking products and services, including digital offerings
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a consistent and optimal client experience
- Collaborate with branch team members and partners to deliver seamless service to clients
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum four to five years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training
- Proven ability to build and foster relationships with clients
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Thorough knowledge of applicable bank and branch policies, procedures, and support systems
