Sales Director - Logistics and Freight Management
Job DescriptionThis Sales Director role offers an exceptional opportunity for a results-driven sales professional to lead our logistics and freight management initiatives. The successful candidate will drive revenue growth, build strong relationships with clients, and leverage industry knowledge to stay ahead of market trends.
- Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $140,000 per year
You will develop strategies to acquire new business, expand existing relationships, and optimize sales processes to achieve sales targets. A deep understanding of the transportation industry, including dry van, reefer, flatbed, and/or LTL freight, is essential for success in this role.
- Bachelor's degree required
Our ideal candidate has a proven track record in non-asset based 3pl sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams to drive business results.
