Compensation:

$22 - $30 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in preserving the physical condition and overall maintenance of the community
  • Complete assigned tasks efficiently and within set deadlines
  • Prepare vacant apartments, including tasks such as painting, flooring, cleaning, rekeying, and general repairs
  • Maintain the cleanliness and safety of community grounds, including breezeways, laundry areas, parking lots, and pet stations
  • Supervise service providers and contractors for necessary repairs or professional services
  • Conduct regular inspections of the community, including bait station checks and preventative maintenance
  • Follow up on unresolved customer service inquiries to ensure satisfaction
  • Respond promptly and professionally to after-hours emergency calls as required
  • Ensure that all maintenance areas and utility rooms are organized and safe
  • Perform additional landscaping tasks as needed to maintain common areas
  • Clear snow and ice during inclement weather as necessary
  • Execute maintenance projects with minimal supervision in line with company policies
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to residents, prospects, and visitors
Qualifications:
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds independently and occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
  • Proficient in various maintenance operations, including electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, carpentry, and painting
  • Exceptional customer service skills to address resident needs in a friendly and professional manner
  • Willingness to learn and enhance skills in a team environment
  • Motivated to achieve challenging goals
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Positive attitude, strong character, and integrity
  • Commitment to completing tasks correctly
  • Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record
  • Proficient in English, capable of performing job duties effectively
  • Successful completion of background checks and drug screening is required
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
