$22 - $30 per hour
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in preserving the physical condition and overall maintenance of the community
- Complete assigned tasks efficiently and within set deadlines
- Prepare vacant apartments, including tasks such as painting, flooring, cleaning, rekeying, and general repairs
- Maintain the cleanliness and safety of community grounds, including breezeways, laundry areas, parking lots, and pet stations
- Supervise service providers and contractors for necessary repairs or professional services
- Conduct regular inspections of the community, including bait station checks and preventative maintenance
- Follow up on unresolved customer service inquiries to ensure satisfaction
- Respond promptly and professionally to after-hours emergency calls as required
- Ensure that all maintenance areas and utility rooms are organized and safe
- Perform additional landscaping tasks as needed to maintain common areas
- Clear snow and ice during inclement weather as necessary
- Execute maintenance projects with minimal supervision in line with company policies
- Deliver exceptional customer service to residents, prospects, and visitors
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds independently and occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
- Proficient in various maintenance operations, including electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, carpentry, and painting
- Exceptional customer service skills to address resident needs in a friendly and professional manner
- Willingness to learn and enhance skills in a team environment
- Motivated to achieve challenging goals
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Positive attitude, strong character, and integrity
- Commitment to completing tasks correctly
- Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record
- Proficient in English, capable of performing job duties effectively
- Successful completion of background checks and drug screening is required
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
