Position Overview:


We are seeking a Property Leasing Supervisor to join our dynamic team, who will play a vital role in our Campus Life & Style family.

As the Property Leasing Supervisor, you will deliver outstanding customer service to both prospective and current residents. Ensure that all resident inquiries are addressed promptly and professionally, while fostering a welcoming office atmosphere.

Team Development and Leadership:
Support Managers in cultivating a team of motivated, skilled, and collaborative individuals. Maintain high standards of management, communication, and reporting.

Provide exceptional customer service to prospects and residents. Ensure that all resident inquiries are handled efficiently and courteously. Foster a professional and inviting office environment.

Collaborate with Managers to set, implement, and track leasing objectives and renewal initiatives to achieve optimal occupancy.

Property Management:
Ensure that property management software is consistently accurate and current.

Handle lease processing and administration, along with other administrative tasks as required.

Focus on enhancing the properties' visual appeal and cleanliness. Contribute wherever possible.

Financial Performance:
Assist Managers in maintaining occupancy rates at or above 99% and collections at or above 98% of potential income.


Strive to achieve the highest possible net operating income (NOI) through effective cost management, revenue enhancement strategies, and diligent budget oversight.


Customer Experience & Sales:
Assist Managers in upholding a positive reputation and fostering relationships with the community and educational institutions.

Encourage harmonious interactions among residents, parents, staff, and the surrounding community while enforcing company policies and standards.

Engage in outreach efforts on campus and with local businesses to promote cross-promotion and positive relationships.

Collaborate with Managers to develop and maintain a comprehensive annual marketing strategy. Work closely with Managers to ensure all potential marketing channels are fully utilized and share innovative ideas.

Maintain thorough knowledge of the property and competitive offerings through regular market research.


Ensure that all online platforms, including websites and social media, are up-to-date and represent the property in a positive, professional manner at all times.

Regularly monitor these platforms to promptly communicate any concerns or areas for improvement to the Manager.

Assist Managers in planning, promoting, and managing resident events and functions.

Coordinate promotional events on campus and establish partnerships with student organizations.

Actively network with housing professionals in the market. Evaluate competitors and build relationships with other industry professionals.

Qualifications:
Relevant Systems and Platforms

A Bachelor's degree; or 2-5 years of experience in the student/multi-family housing sector; or a combination of education and experience.

Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, as well as Property Management software (Entrata).

Familiarity with market rate and LIHTC programs, Fair Housing Laws, and EEO Laws.
