Responsibilities:

  • Conduct engaging tours of available units in our luxury complex, showcasing premium features and amenities to potential tenants.
  • Proactively follow up on leads to convert inquiries into leases.
  • Perform thorough background and credit checks to ensure prospective tenants meet qualification standards.
  • Prepare leasing documents in accordance with property regulations and standards.
  • Manage the collection of rent payments, security deposits, and application fees efficiently.
  • Keep residents informed about any changes to rental agreements or upcoming property matters.
  • Build strong relationships with existing tenants, providing personalized, high-touch service.
  • Oversee community amenities such as mailrooms, fitness centers, and laundry facilities, ensuring they meet resident needs.
  • Assist with general office duties as required to support the leasing team.


Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience as a leasing agent or in a related sales role.
  • Strong understanding of the real estate industry, including relevant laws, policies, and best practices.
  • Proven sales and marketing skills with a personable, professional demeanor.
  • Excellent organizational, project management, and time management abilities.
  • Strong customer service skills and proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Yardi experience is highly preferred.
  • Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
  • A college degree is a plus
