Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team sports division. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for managing and growing key business channels, including our growing camp, club volleyball, and professional channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow key business channels, including camp, club volleyball, and professional channels
  • Respond quickly and professionally to all customer inquiries
  • Manage all details related to order processing, including order entry, item setup, artwork requests, and tracking
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and on-time order shipment
  • Maintain and update client contact database
  • Develop new accounts within assigned territories and channels
  • Participate in sales team meetings and attend required training
  • Some travel may be required

Requirements
  • 1+ years of sales-related work experience
  • University/College degree
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) and strong communications skills
  • A passion for and experience in American team sports is a plus
  • Proficient in standard business computer applications (e.g., MS Office, Teams, CRM, ERP systems)
  • Strong creative thinking and analytical skills
  • Ability to build positive working relationships across all levels of the organization
