Administrative Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our House Counsel team at Progressive Insurance. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Provide exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Assist with special projects and tasks as needed
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum three years of administrative experience
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
Preferred Skills:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with moderate guidance
Compensation and Benefits:
  • $22.67 - $25.19/hour
  • Gainshare bonus up to 16% of eligible earnings
  • 401(k) with dollar-for-dollar company match up to 6%
