Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead AC Future in achieving business growth and driving long-term success. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fundraising and investor relations, with a proven track record of shaping and executing business strategies, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring financial health while fostering strong relationships with investors and securing necessary capital for growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy to drive short-term and long-term goals.
  • Lead fundraising efforts, including equity financing, debt management, and securing investment for growth initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential investors, ensuring transparent communication and alignment with company goals.
  • Attend regular meetings to stay informed about the company's direction and progress, providing forward-looking assessments and insights to anticipate potential issues and make timely adjustments.
  • Lead daily operations of the company, ensuring efficient collaboration and execution across departments.
  • Collaborate closely with the Board of Directors, providing strategic advice and reporting on company performance.
  • Expand and maintain key business partnerships, driving growth in both domestic and international markets.
  • Oversee the company's financial performance, ensuring sound financial management and resource allocation.
  • Foster a strong company culture, ensuring high employee performance and satisfaction.
  • Lead major decision-making processes, including market expansion, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic investments.
  • Ensure that the company's operations comply with all relevant laws and regulations and adhere to the highest ethical standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher; MBA or other advanced degrees preferred.
  • 15+ years of senior management experience in relevant industries, with at least 5 years in a CEO or similar executive leadership role.
  • Proven experience in fundraising, investor relations, and capital markets.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
  • Familiarity with both U.S. and international markets, with a track record of successful business expansion.
  • Strong financial acumen, with the ability to conduct in-depth business and market analysis.
  • Experience in managing a rapidly growing company and driving innovation.
  • Deep understanding of industry trends and the ability to quickly adapt to market changes.
