  • Leverage existing connections within the water/wastewater market to secure large-scale projects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

  • Ensure successful execution of self-perform large projects, maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
  • Oversee project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Implement effective risk management strategies to mitigate project risks.

Talent and Succession Planning:

  • Develop and implement a succession plan to ensure leadership continuity.
  • Foster a high-performance culture and support the professional development of team members.
  • Attract, retain, and mentor top talent in the industry.

Qualifications:

  • P&L Management: Proven experience managing profit and loss, preferably in a public company.
  • Industry Connections: Established network within the water/wastewater market.
  • Project Experience: Demonstrated experience in self-performing large-scale construction projects.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
