Requirements:

  • Proven track record of successful fundraising and leadership experience in a non-profit or similar organization.
  • Strong strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with donors, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and partnership-building.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of $225,000 to $250,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
