Director of Culinary Operations

At Dream Nashville, we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Food and Beverage to join our team. As a key member of our hotel's Executive Committee, you'll play a vital role in driving the success of our food and beverage operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Food and Beverage Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive food and beverage strategy that aligns with the hotel's overall business objectives.
- Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our restaurants, bars, and banquets, ensuring exceptional service and high-quality food and beverage offerings.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a high-performing team of food and beverage professionals, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure their success.
- Financial Management: Manage the food and beverage budget, ensuring profitability and efficiency in all areas of operation.
- Customer Service: Foster a culture of exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest has a memorable and enjoyable experience.
- Experience: A minimum of 6 years of progressive hotel food and beverage experience, with a proven track record of success in a senior role.
- Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve exceptional results.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with guests, colleagues, and vendors.
- Education: A degree in Hospitality or a related field is an asset.
