Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Patient Care Coordinator to join our team at Mission Veterinary Partners. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional client service and providing top-notch care to our furry patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional client service, ensuring a positive experience for every visitor to our hospital.
  • Coordinate patient care, including scheduling appointments, preparing treatment plans, and communicating with clients and veterinary staff.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, ensuring seamless communication between clients and our veterinary team.
  • Collaborate with our technical team to ensure the completion of treatment plans and provide excellent patient care.
  • Conduct post-visit follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and address any concerns or questions.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and veterinary staff.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of veterinary medical terminology and procedures, with a willingness to learn and grow with our team.
