Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective admissions strategies to drive census growth and improve patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with our external marketing and hospital liaison teams to promote our facilities and services.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, prospective residents, and referral sources, ensuring they receive accurate and timely information about our facilities and programs.
  • Evaluate and assess potential patients for clinical appropriateness and placement into one of our skilled nursing facilities.
  • Manage the admissions process at the building level, ensuring proper admission documentation and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in facility-specific sales and marketing events and plans as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Admissions Director in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting.
  • Associate's degree or higher in a related field, such as healthcare administration or business.
  • Strong background in admissions, marketing, central intake, or hospital liaison roles.
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office products and Point Click Care (PCC).
  • Working knowledge of federal and state regulations and reimbursement models, including Managed Care, Medicare, and HMOs.
