Pulmonary Critical Care Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled Pulmonary Critical Care Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to join our team at Piedmont Fayetteville. As a member of our critical care team, you will play a vital role in the management of critically ill patients in our hospital.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will provide direct clinical services for critically ill adult patients, obtaining patient health histories, completing physical examinations, and documenting findings in accordance with hospital requirements. You will also order and interpret diagnostic and laboratory tests, perform therapeutic or diagnostic procedures, and participate in quality/performance improvement activities and clinical research.
Responsibilities- Provide direct clinical services for critically ill adult patients

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a graduate degree in nursing or a related field, current licensure as an Advanced Practice Nurse or Physician Assistant in the State of Georgia, and experience in critical care. You will also need to be able to establish priorities and a course of action for managing several activities at once, while observing deadlines and functioning and communicating effectively with multidisciplinary team members.
