Automotive Porter

Optima Dealer Services Inc is seeking a highly motivated Sales Porter to join our dynamic sales team. As a Sales Porter, you will play a vital role in ensuring our inventory is well-maintained and our guests have an exceptional experience from the moment they step into our dealership.

• Prepare vehicles for customer viewings and test drives by ensuring they are clean, fueled, and in top condition.
• Provide friendly and professional service to all customers, assisting with vehicle pickup and delivery when needed.
• Maintain the presentation of the sales lot, keeping vehicles arranged and ensuring a clean, organized environment.
• Support the sales team by delivering vehicles, moving inventory, and assisting with test drives.
• Safely move and inspect incoming inventory, ensuring each vehicle meets our quality standards.

• Unrestricted California driver's license and clean driving record without any violations.
• 4 years of driving experience.
• Excellent navigation skills and proficiency in using navigation applications to find delivery locations.
• Time management and organizational skills to keep track of deliveries and stay on schedule.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly with high energy and the willingness to go above and beyond.
• Highly responsible, professional, and reliable.
• Able to drive both automatic and standard-transmission vehicles.
• Able to safely operate motor vehicles in tight and small spaces.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, including maintaining composure under stress.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
• Must be customer service oriented.
• Must be a team player with a strong sense of commitment to the customer and team members.
