Role Overview
This full-time, on-site position involves supporting the Sales Manager in achieving sales objectives and ensuring the efficiency of sales operations. As the Sales Support Manager, you will act as the sales and procurement expert for NexPlus Indiana Corporation during the initial product launch phase.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain precise production forecasts and sales targets as we prepare for product launch.
  2. Establish and nurture relationships with customers to enhance sales and expand the customer base.
  3. Address pricing concerns, delivery issues, and customer complaints effectively.
  4. Thoroughly understand and communicate NexPlus Indiana Corporation products to potential clients to drive future sales.
  5. Coordinate shipping timelines and monitor the delivery of finished goods.
  6. Oversee the inventory of raw materials to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
  7. Ensure a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
  8. Adhere to all safety and regulatory compliance protocols.
  9. Be open to cross-training in various aspects of the procurement process.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience of 5 years in sales.
  • A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Proficient in common software applications such as Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Korean and English, with the ability to engage effectively with Korean-speaking clients.
  • Experience collaborating with freight forwarders to streamline shipping processes and resolve logistical challenges.
  • Strong critical thinking skills and effective management of production inventory.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adherence to all applicable housekeeping and safety protocols.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with manufacturing processes in sectors such as automotive, medical devices, or machining.
  • 7 years of experience in sourcing, purchasing, sales, or procurement within a high-tech environment.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts in both Korean and English.
  • Formal sales experience and project leadership experience are advantageous.
  • Experience in the automotive or manufacturing sector is a plus.
