As a Retail Sales Trainee, you will be an integral part of our team and will be closely involved with our customers. You will learn everything there is to know about the retail industry in a hands-on and direct manner.
Your Responsibilities:- Work in one of our Bunker stores as part of your practical training, learning about day-to-day operations, including purchasing, sales, marketing, visual merchandising, and customer service.
- Attend a local vocational school for the theoretical part of your 3-year training.
- Take on departmental responsibilities during your training.
- In your third year, you will be prepared for more challenging tasks, such as managing inventory and personnel, enabling you to step in for your store manager upon completion of your training.
- You enjoy interacting with people and have a passion for fashion.
- You are a team player who is eager to learn and take on new challenges.
