Aon PLC is a leading global professional services firm, and we're seeking an experienced Senior Enterprise Sales Strategist to join our Cyber Solutions team.

Job Description

We're looking for a highly skilled sales executive to drive revenue growth by understanding client needs and identifying matching solutions. As part of a global company with a respected brand and renowned subject matter experts, you will help empower results for our clients by introducing innovative and effective risk management and security solutions.

The primary function of the role is to establish and develop new business relationships with key buyers, grow Aon's Cyber Solutions presence in assigned territory, and define and execute a pursuit strategy including value proposition development, meeting preparation, proposal creation, stakeholder analysis, and competitive assessment.

You will participate in client meetings to qualify opportunities and validate our value proposition, understand clients' needs and share these insights with the team, and develop collaborative relationships with Cyber Solutions colleagues to enable team selling.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop new business relationships with key buyers through regular meetings and other touch points.
  2. Grow Aon's Cyber Solutions presence in assigned territory by establishing and managing relationships with key buyers.
  3. Define and execute a pursuit strategy including value proposition development, meeting preparation, proposal creation, stakeholder analysis, and competitive assessment.
  4. Participate in client meetings to qualify opportunities and validate our value proposition.
  5. Understand clients' needs and share these insights with the team.
  6. Develop collaborative relationships with Cyber Solutions colleagues to enable team selling.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  1. Demonstrated success in advisory/consulting services sales and/or business development.
  2. Experience as an individual contributor meeting individual targets.
  3. Track record of establishing and developing new client relationships.
  4. Ability to travel.

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and location.
