Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our store in Garden City South, NY. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, driving sales revenue, and building a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by Example: Champion the UNTUCKit CORE values and create a positive work environment that inspires engagement and motivates your team.
  • Develop and Coach: Confidently train, coach, and develop team members using UNTUCKit University training tools and resources.
  • Drive Sales: Effectively delegate tasks to team members, manage inventory levels, and provide feedback to corporate partners on trends.
  • Manage Operations: Control store budgets, manage ordering procedures, and accurately track sales and expense reports.
  • Lead the Team: Empower Assistant Managers to manage visual operations, provide guidance, and lead the store team to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Network and Communicate: Network within your market, keep corporate partners informed of local trends, and maintain strong relationships with team members and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience as a retail manager with a strong track record of success.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of retail management best practices, outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, excellent organization and leadership skills, and proficiency in Apple technology, G-Suite, and Multi-channel POS systems.
  • Education and Certifications: BS/BA in business administration, sales, or a relevant field, preferred.
  • Availability and Flexibility: Ability to work in the store alone, flexible with scheduling, and available to work retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and holidays.
