Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Store Manager to join our expanding retail team. The Store Manager will play a crucial role in leading the store's optical initiatives, enhancing sales performance, and fostering a culture centered around our brand values and customer experience.

The Store Manager is responsible for upholding our standards of excellence, managing the team, making staffing decisions, ensuring customer satisfaction, overseeing financial outcomes, and handling inventory management.

If you have a background in retail management, excel in sales, and possess strong leadership capabilities, you may be an ideal fit for this position. Familiarity with eyewear products and knowledge of eye health are advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily store operations to ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
  • Drive sales performance by guiding customers throughout their shopping experience and mentoring the store team.
  • Analyze sales data, customer preferences, and market trends to inform business strategies.
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop a high-performing team through ongoing training and performance reviews.
  • Identify and address recurring operational challenges to implement effective long-term solutions.
  • Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards.
  • Manage scheduling and payroll for the store team.
  • Ensure proper inventory management and stock levels.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and legal requirements regarding risk management and safety.
  • Foster an inclusive workplace culture by treating all team members and customers with respect.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role within a customer-centric retail environment, preferably in the optical sector.
  • Strong commitment to enhancing sales results and delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Proven ability to build, coach, and retain a high-performing team that meets sales and operational goals.
  • Effective communicator with the ability to convey ideas clearly and empathetically.
  • Resourceful problem-solver with a creative approach to challenges.
  • Passionate about providing exceptional service.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of eyewear products and eye health is a significant advantage.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
